4. Logistics and Delivery

Cargas Axil acts as an intermediary. Physical logistics is executed by certified operators. Deadlines are estimates.

5. Applicable Law

These conditions shall be governed by Spanish law. The parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Bizkaia.
